Born and raised on picturesque Manitoulin Island, Ontario, I made my way to Eastern Ontario and settled in Cornwall in 2000. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and have been a good-standing member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2005.

I am compassionate about massage therapy and insist on education and providing my clients with the resources necessary to achieve an optimal level of health. I have volunteered for various events over the years and have worked in several diverse settings that have helped me gain knowledge and understanding that I can offer my clients and apply to their treatments. I believe in a balanced approach to work, family, health, and leisure, and I try to help my clients to obtain balance in their lives.

When I am not in my clinic, I am spending time with my amazing family, friends, and furbabies!
