My goal is to provide a professional and therapeutic massage treatment. The following clinic policies have been developed to better serve you and help you obtain better health result.

 

Treatment Plan

Musculoskeletal injuries can take weeks or even months to heal. Patience and adherence to your treatment plan is important to achieve maximum health results.

 

Appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Please note patient conditions may vary which may cause an increase in wait times. Your patience and understanding in this matter is appreciated.

Payment

Fees are due at time of service and are non-negotiable. Fees for services rendered are non refundable.

Cancellation

24 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment is required. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or arriving 15 minutes late will result in a no show fee of the full amount of the treatment visit. Please note it is the client’s responsibility to show up on time for the appointment or to properly notify the clinic for any changes or cancellations that may be required.

Conduct

This clinic has a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, action or language by any client and the clinic reserves the right to refuse service if deemed necessary.
